We’ve designed the 10×14 Program to get you up and moving!
Every day for 2 weeks, we’ll guide you through 10 minutes of dance training to challenge you both mentally and physically. Either follow along with the videos exactly as they are or use them as a jumping off point for how you want to practice.
Part accountability, part motivation, this program will get you moving, improving your solo movement, and giving you the skills to accelerate your partnered dancing.
Starting September 19th, 2020, 1 lesson will be released every day until October 2nd. On Saturday October 3rd all participants that complete the program are invited for a 1 hour live session call with Jo!
